A $0.99 report may be limited. Before payment, the site identifies that coverage varies; the unlocked report shows what was found, the source, and what could not be confirmed.
Payment handling
Card entry is handled by Square. Landlord Record does not receive or store the full card number. Checkout requires a property-scoped eligibility token and acceptance of the current Terms and Prohibited Uses.
Refund and billing questions
If a payment was duplicated, a report did not unlock after an approved payment, or you believe you were charged for an ineligible report, use the contact form and select Billing. Include the property address and payment confirmation ID if available. Do not submit full card numbers.
