Accessibility
The target is a usable service, not a checkbox.
Landlord Record is targeting WCAG 2.2 Level AA for customer-facing experiences. Conformance is an ongoing engineering and testing objective, not a claim that every page has already passed a formal third-party audit.
Accessibility priorities
- Keyboard-operable navigation and forms.
- Visible focus indicators.
- Semantic headings, labels, form instructions, and status messages.
- Text and interactive-control contrast suitable for WCAG AA targets.
- Usable zoom and responsive layouts across mobile and desktop.
- Accessible error handling for search, checkout, and support forms.
- Reduced unnecessary motion and preservation of browser/user preferences where practical.
Known work remains
Dynamic search, Square-hosted payment fields, comparison interactions, and complex report views require ongoing keyboard and screen-reader testing. A formal accessibility audit remains part of the corporate roadmap.
Report a barrier
Use the contact form, choose Accessibility, and tell us the page, task, device/browser or assistive technology, and what prevented completion. Do not include unrelated sensitive information.
