County property systems
Assessor, appraisal, tax, parcel, cadastral, GIS, and related property systems where field semantics and use terms permit.
Data Sources
Landlord Record combines records from different public systems while keeping the originating source and documented role attached to the finding.
Assessor, appraisal, tax, parcel, cadastral, GIS, and related property systems where field semantics and use terms permit.
Municipal rental-registration, housing inspection, licensing, and enforcement systems where available.
Document-verified court records and official case materials with procedural status kept distinct.
Government business-registration or licensing sources used to corroborate identity and role context when permitted.
HUD, USDA, LIHTC, and other official federal housing/property datasets used as property context or supporting evidence.
U.S. Census geocoding and official jurisdiction data used to route a property to the appropriate source path.
Operational adapters are expected to document the fields that may establish property identity, the fields that are context-only, and the relationship types that may or may not qualify for checkout. Mailing addresses, phone numbers, email fields, and street-name text are not automatically identity evidence.
A source can remain research-only when commercial reuse, automated access, persistence, or redistribution rights are unclear or restrictive. Landlord Record does not treat technical accessibility as permission to operationalize a dataset.
When a report displays a factual connection, the product is designed to retain the official source URL or record reference when available so the finding can be checked at the source.
