LANDLORD RECORD

How it works

Start with the rental. Follow the public record.

Landlord Record is designed to answer a simple renter question: what documented public information is connected to this property or housing provider?

Search a rental

1. Search first

Enter a rental address, landlord or management name, or LLC. The search checks available structured public-record sources first and uses bounded discovery only when the official structured path does not already provide a supported property-role name.

Search is free.

A single report is $0.99 when at least one verified source-backed property fact is available. Limited coverage is clearly labeled before payment. No verified report information means no single-report charge.

2. Keep the role exactly as the source documents it

Public records do not all mean the same thing. A county assessor may identify an assessed owner. A rental registry may identify a landlord, manager, or property contact. A tax record may identify a taxpayer. Landlord Record does not automatically rename all of those people or companies “the landlord.”

3. See the evidence behind the connection

When a factual relationship is displayed, the report is designed to preserve its source, documented role, evidence strength, and relevant record date. Related-property and portfolio information should keep that same role context instead of turning an association into a stronger claim than the source supports.

What a paid report may include

Who is connected

Supported owner, landlord, manager, taxpayer, property-contact, or other documented roles.

Property history

Available rental-registration, complaint, violation, inspection, permit, court, or enforcement context.

Related properties

Other properties connected to the same verified entity when the underlying evidence supports that relationship.

Source trail

The public-record source behind displayed factual connections, with correction options when something appears wrong.

What Landlord Record does not do

It is not a tenant-screening, employment-screening, credit, insurance, or other eligibility-decision service. It does not turn current residents, relatives, or unrelated people-search data into landlord identities. See Prohibited Uses and Methodology.
